Once you sign up and provide your login credentials, we’ll set up your plan within 1-2 business days. Our team will address everything from speed enhancements to security during the onboarding process.

Our care plans are structured as monthly subscriptions, reserving your spot in our queue and resources each month; thus, they do not roll over. You can rest assured that any requests made within your allocated 30 or 120 minutes (depending on your plan) will receive immediate attention from our team.

Websites with advanced functionality require our Business Plan or higher. These sites demand more resources for management, testing, and maintenance. We want to ensure you’re on the right plan so we can dedicate the necessary support to keep your website secure, fast, and operational.

Our website care plans focus on preventative maintenance to minimize issues before they arise. However, if a major problem occurs, we’ll communicate with your web hosting company on your behalf. While we cannot guarantee that your website won’t be hacked, we will take every measure to prevent it and assist with restoration and cleanup using one of our backups.

With our SEO package, we focus on improving your website’s Google ranking each month. We start by identifying target keywords and recommending optimizations for your site. You may need to create additional pages to target these keywords. We then implement white-hat link building, directory submissions, and other SEO strategies to boost your rankings.

We collaborate with clients regardless of their hosting provider. We understand that each website has unique needs, and clients may have varying budgets and hosting requirements.

If you have an enhancement or task that requires more time than your allocated monthly hours, we will provide a separate quote for your approval. We will assess requests that exceed your time on a case-by-case basis and, upon approval, proceed with the work, billing for the additional time at our current support rate.

While these plans are primarily designed for sites we’ve built, we gladly welcome clients seeking a long-term partnership with a professional and dedicated webmaster.

We begin with a Website Evaluation & Tune-up to familiarize ourselves with your site, its construction, and to address any issues we uncover. During this evaluation, we will complete all “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and create a full backup. Most importantly, we will compile a list of issues to resolve and recommendations for improvements necessary to move forward with a monthly care plan. The cost for this Website Evaluation is a fixed fee of 4 hours, depending on your type of website.

Absolutely. We are fully dedicated to you and your website, and while we would be sad to see you leave, we understand that financial considerations can influence decisions. We don’t want to lock anyone into a contract. Simply request a cancellation via email, and we’ll inform you about any licenses you may need to purchase while immediately stopping the next payment.

If you have multiple websites and are subscribed to the Business Plan or a higher tier, you can add an additional website to your Website Care Plan for $59/month, allowing you to share your plan’s support time across your sites. This option is not available for Starter plans.

If you want peace of mind knowing your website is updated, secure, backed up, loading quickly, and compliant with the necessary software licenses, but don’t require any support time, we offer a Maintenance Only plan for $59/month.
